What this site collects
Nothing. The contact form runs entirely in your browser and opens a draft in your own email app, so what you type there never reaches our servers until you choose to send it. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we hold what you send
Once you send that email, we hold it solely to reply and to keep a record of the conversation while it is active. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add it to a marketing list without you asking us to.
Where it goes
Your message goes straight to info@besdigital.com from your own mail provider. The site itself is served by our hosting provider, which records ordinary request logs as part of delivering the pages.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any point and we will do so.
Your requests
Write to info@besdigital.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond to the same address the request comes from.
Client project data
Information handled inside a client engagement is governed by that engagement's contract and any separate data processing terms, not by this page.
